Consumer Dispute Resolution
The European Online Dispute Resolution platform has been discontinued. We therefore do not provide a link to the former ODR platform.
Unless legally required in a specific case, Auras Network, Unipessoal Lda is not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights or statutory remedies available to users.

Unless otherwise stated, all content, design elements, text, graphics, illustrations, logos, icons, interface elements, software, source code, platform structure, and other materials made available by Auras are protected by copyright, trademark rights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, scrape, reverse-engineer, republish, commercially exploit, or otherwise use protected materials from Auras without prior written permission, unless such use is expressly permitted by law or by our Terms and Conditions.
Any names, logos, brands, event materials, profile content, or third-party materials displayed on Auras may belong to their respective owners.
User-Generated Content
Auras allows users, organizers, facilitators, creators, venues, and communities to publish or submit content, including profiles, posts, comments, images, videos, audio, event descriptions, tribe content, messages, links, and other materials.
Users are solely responsible for the content they create, upload, publish, or share on Auras. User-generated content does not necessarily reflect the views of Auras Network, Unipessoal Lda. We do not endorse, verify, or adopt user-generated content as our own.
Auras has no general obligation to monitor all user-generated content. However, we may review, restrict, remove, or disable access to content where we become aware of unlawful content, receive a valid notice, identify an apparent violation of our Terms and Conditions or Community Guidelines, or consider moderation necessary to protect users, the platform, or third-party rights.
If you believe that content on Auras infringes your rights, violates the law, or breaches our Community Guidelines, please report it through the available reporting tools or contact us at hello@auras.network with enough information to identify the content and the reason for your report.
Event and Organizer Content
Events, tickets, RSVPs, organizer profiles, facilitator profiles, tribe pages, location information, prices, schedules, external ticket links, and event-related descriptions may be created or maintained by third-party organizers or users.
The relevant organizer or user is responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness, completeness, safety information, pricing, tax treatment, cancellation information, permissions, insurance, and regulatory compliance of their own event or offering.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Auras is not the organizer, host, facilitator, seller, medical provider, therapist, or professional advisor of third-party events or offerings displayed on the platform.
External Links
Auras may contain links to external websites, ticketing platforms, social media profiles, payment pages, partner websites, or other third-party services. We have no control over the current or future content, availability, privacy practices, security, or legal compliance of external websites.
Responsibility for external websites lies with their respective operators. If we become aware of unlawful external content linked from Auras, we will review the matter and may remove the relevant link.
Liability for Platform Information
