Auras — Terms and Conditions
Effective date: May 25, 2026
These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of Auras, including the website at auras.network, any Auras mobile or web applications, and any related services, features, communities, event pages, professional profiles, ticketing features, content, tools and communications made available by Auras (together, the “Service”).
The Service is operated by Auras Network, Unipessoal Lda, a company incorporated in Portugal, with NIPC / registration number [●], with registered address at Avenida Menéres, n.º 640, 4450-189 Matosinhos, Portugal (“Auras”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
You can contact us at hello@auras.network.
By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, joining a tribe, publishing content, creating or attending an event, using professional features, or subscribing to paid features, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including visitors, registered members, facilitators, artists, therapists, coaches, creators, event organizers, venues, businesses, professional profiles, event attendees and Tribe administrators.
1. What Auras is
Auras is a digital platform for meaningful connection, conscious community, events, tribes, professional profiles and related social features.
Auras helps people discover and participate in events, communities and profiles connected to areas such as wellbeing, creativity, spirituality, culture, personal growth, movement, education, healing arts, conscious business and local community life.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Auras is a platform provider. Auras does not normally organize, deliver, supervise, validate or guarantee events, therapies, ceremonies, retreats, workshops, professional services, venue services or user-generated communities made available through the Service.
When an event, service, session, activity or offering is created by an organizer, facilitator, venue, business, professional profile or other third party, that person or entity is responsible for the accuracy, legality, safety, delivery and fulfilment of that event or offering.
2. Eligibility and age requirements
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or use the registered-user features of Auras.
You must be at least 18 years old to:
- purchase paid tickets or paid services through Auras, once such features are made available;
- create, manage or administer an organizer, venue, business or professional profile;
- subscribe to paid organizer or professional features;
- offer events, services, tickets, sessions, workshops, ceremonies, retreats or other professional activities through Auras; or
- enter into any transaction, subscription or commercial relationship through the Service.
By using the Service, you confirm that you meet the applicable age requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.
If we become aware that a user does not meet the applicable age requirements, we may restrict, suspend or delete the account and related content.
3. Accounts and registration
Auras currently allows open registration, subject to these Terms and any technical, safety, anti-spam, moderation or verification measures we may apply.
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account unless caused by our own breach of duty.
You must not create an account using false, misleading or unauthorized information, impersonate another person or organization, or use another person’s account without permission.
We may require additional information, verification or approval before enabling certain features, including professional profiles, paid organizer features, ticketing features, business profiles, venue profiles or features that involve payments, public promotion or higher trust.
4. User categories
The Service may be used by different categories of users, including:
- Members, who create personal accounts, discover content, join Tribes, interact with other users and attend events;
- Visitors, who access public parts of the Service without creating an account;
- Organizers, who create or manage events, sessions, workshops, retreats, ceremonies, gatherings or similar offerings;
- Facilitators, artists, therapists, coaches, creators and space holders, who present their work, build community, publish content and create or participate in events;
- Venues and spaces, which may list or be linked to events and community activities;
- Businesses and professional profiles, which may use Auras to present conscious, creative, wellbeing, community or related work;
- Tribe owners and administrators, who create and manage community spaces within Auras; and
- Event attendees, who RSVP to, join, buy access to, or participate in events.
Different features, rights, responsibilities and paid options may apply to different user categories.
5. Changes to the Service
Auras is an evolving platform. We may add, remove, test, limit, rename, redesign or change features at any time, including feeds, profiles, tribes, events, RSVP tools, ticketing tools, social features, visibility settings, moderation systems, paid features and professional tools.
Some features may be released in beta, gradually, temporarily, or only to selected users, organizers, communities, locations or countries.
We may stop offering any part of the Service if it is no longer technically, legally, commercially or operationally viable.
6. Free RSVP events
Auras may allow organizers to create free RSVP-based events. RSVP features may allow users to indicate that they plan to attend an event, receive reminders, see relevant event information, participate in event-related spaces, and, where applicable, see whether friends or other users are attending or interested.
An RSVP is not a guarantee that an event will take place, that capacity will be available, that a user will be admitted, or that the event details will not change. The organizer is responsible for managing attendance, capacity, entry conditions, cancellation, changes, communication and on-site access.
If an event has special access conditions, capacity limits, age requirements, payment requirements, health or safety requirements, dress codes, membership requirements, venue rules or other restrictions, the organizer is responsible for clearly communicating them.
7. Paid ticketing feature
Auras intends to launch paid ticketing features in the near future. At launch, paid ticketing is expected to be available for events in Portugal, unless we state otherwise.
Until Auras paid ticketing is made available, ticket purchases may occur through external platforms, external links or direct arrangements between users and organizers. Auras is not responsible for payments, tickets, refunds, cancellations, disputes, external checkout flows, external platform terms, or external payment processing related to purchases completed outside Auras.
When Auras paid ticketing becomes available, unless we expressly state otherwise:
- the organizer, not Auras, will be the seller and provider of the event ticket, event access or event service;
- Auras will provide the platform, technical infrastructure and payment facilitation tools;
- the organizer will be responsible for the event, the ticket, the service, the description, the price, VAT/tax treatment, invoices or receipts, legal compliance, permits, cancellation handling, consumer communication and fulfilment;
- Auras may charge service fees, platform fees or payment-related fees; and
- additional payment, ticketing, cancellation, refund or organizer terms may apply.
Before enabling paid ticketing or paid professional services for an organizer, Auras may require identity verification, business verification, tax information, payment provider onboarding, bank account information, regulatory checks or other information required by law, payment processors or platform safety rules.
Auras may refuse, suspend or remove paid ticketing access where required for legal, tax, payment, fraud-prevention, safety, chargeback, reputational or platform integrity reasons.
8. Organizer subscriptions and paid professional features
Auras may offer paid organizer and professional features, including community-building tools, ticket sale tools, advanced professional features, profile tools, visibility tools, management tools and related functionality.
The standard organizer subscription price is currently €10 per month, unless special conditions apply. Auras may grant temporary discounts, free access, promotional access, founding member conditions, partner conditions or individually agreed terms at its discretion.
Unless clearly stated otherwise, prices shown to consumers are intended to include VAT where VAT applies. For professional or business users, pricing and VAT treatment may depend on the billing context, applicable tax rules and invoicing information provided.
Subscription features, pricing and included limits may change over time. If we materially change the price of an active paid subscription, we will provide reasonable notice where legally required.
You may cancel a subscription for the future according to the cancellation flow made available in the Service or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund amounts already paid, unless mandatory law, an applicable offer, or a specific written agreement requires otherwise.
If you subscribe as a consumer in the EU/EEA, you may have statutory withdrawal rights. If you request immediate access to digital services or paid features during any withdrawal period, you consent to performance beginning immediately and acknowledge that statutory consequences may apply, including payment for the service already provided or, where legally permitted, loss of the right of withdrawal after full performance.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
9. External links, external platforms and third-party services
The Service may contain links to external websites, ticketing platforms, payment tools, social media platforms, maps, venue websites, organizer websites, partner pages or third-party services.
Auras is not responsible for external websites or services, including their content, availability, prices, payment processing, privacy practices, cancellation policies, refund policies, safety, legality or performance.
If you leave Auras and complete a transaction or communication elsewhere, that transaction or communication is between you and the relevant third party, unless we expressly state otherwise.
10. Events, organizers and professional offerings
Organizers and professional users are solely responsible for the events, services, sessions, workshops, retreats, ceremonies, classes, circles, performances, therapies, consultations, trainings or other offerings they create, promote, sell or deliver.
Organizers and professional users must ensure that all information they provide is accurate, complete, lawful, not misleading and kept up to date, including titles, descriptions, prices, dates, times, locations, capacity, access requirements, suitability, risks, cancellation information, contact information and organizer identity.
Organizers and professional users are responsible for:
- obtaining all permits, licences, authorisations and permissions required for their activity;
- complying with applicable laws, including consumer protection, tax, VAT, invoicing, health and safety, employment, insurance, professional regulation, advertising, accessibility, data protection and venue rules;
- ensuring that the venue, location, environment, equipment and activity are reasonably safe and suitable;
- managing entry, capacity, attendance, communication, changes and cancellations;
- handling participant questions, complaints and claims relating to their event or service;
- issuing invoices, receipts or other tax documents where required;
- holding appropriate insurance where required or appropriate;
- avoiding misleading, exaggerated or unlawful claims, especially in relation to health, healing, therapy, psychology, medicine, spirituality, finance, legal matters or personal transformation;
- respecting participant boundaries, consent, dignity, safety and privacy; and
- complying with these Terms and any additional Auras rules made available to them.
Auras may remove, restrict or refuse events, profiles or offerings that we believe may be unlawful, misleading, unsafe, exploitative, discriminatory, fraudulent, harmful, inappropriate for the platform, or inconsistent with the purpose and integrity of Auras.
Auras does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, accuracy, availability, suitability, professional qualifications, results or outcomes of any organizer, professional user, venue, event or offering.
11. Health, therapy, spirituality and wellbeing disclaimer
Auras may include content, events and professional profiles connected to yoga, meditation, breathwork, movement, bodywork, massage, coaching, therapy, counselling, psychology, retreats, ceremonies, spirituality, healing arts, nutrition, embodiment, personal development, community work, rituals, music, dance, creativity and related fields.
Auras does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, legal, financial, spiritual or professional advice.
Content and offerings available through Auras are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, psychological care, emergency support, legal advice or financial advice.
You are responsible for deciding whether an event, activity, facilitator, professional, venue, practice or service is appropriate for you. You should seek qualified professional advice where needed, especially if you have a medical condition, mental health concern, trauma history, pregnancy, physical limitation, medication use, legal concern, financial concern or any other relevant personal circumstance.
Organizers and professional users are responsible for accurately describing the nature, intensity, risks, limitations and suitability of their offerings and for not making unlawful, misleading or unsupported claims.
If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, contact local emergency services or qualified crisis support. Auras is not an emergency service.
12. Tribes and community spaces
Auras may allow users to create or participate in tribes, circles, groups, event participant spaces, professional communities or other community areas.
Tribe owners and administrators may set additional community rules, moderate discussions, manage membership, remove users from a tribe, restrict posting, organize content and manage the tone and purpose of their community, provided that their actions remain consistent with these Terms and applicable law.
Participation in a tribe does not create any legal partnership, employment, fiduciary relationship, therapeutic relationship, professional-client relationship or duty of care between Auras and the users involved.
Auras may intervene in tribes where necessary for platform safety, legal compliance, moderation, abuse prevention, technical operation, community integrity or enforcement of these Terms.
13. Content you post on Auras
You retain ownership of the content you create and post on Auras, subject to any rights held by others.
By posting, uploading, submitting, publishing or sharing content on or through Auras, you grant Auras a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable licence to host, store, copy, display, reproduce, format, adapt for technical purposes, distribute and make available that content as necessary to operate, provide, improve, protect and promote the Service.
This licence includes the right to display your content in feeds, profiles, tribes, event pages, search results, recommendations, notifications, previews, emails, social features and other parts of the Service according to the visibility settings and product design applicable to that content.
For public or promotional content, including public event pages, public professional profiles, public tribe descriptions and public posts, this licence includes the right to show that content to visitors and users outside your immediate community and, where reasonable, in Auras promotional materials that refer to the Service or the relevant public page. We will not intentionally present private content as public promotional material.
You confirm that you have all rights, licences, consents and permissions needed to post your content and to grant Auras the licence above.
You must not post content that infringes intellectual property rights, privacy rights, image rights, publicity rights, confidentiality obligations, professional secrecy, contractual obligations or any other rights of another person or organization.
You may delete your content where the Service allows it. Some content may remain available for a reasonable time in backups, logs, technical systems, moderation records, legal records, cached copies, shared contexts, event records, transaction records or where another user has independently used or interacted with it.
14. Auras intellectual property
Auras, the Auras name, logos, visual identity, product design, software, code, interface, features, databases, text, graphics, icons, trademarks, service marks, branding, documentation and other materials created by or for Auras are owned by Auras or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use the Service only as permitted by these Terms. You must not copy, modify, reverse engineer, scrape, reproduce, resell, sublicense, exploit or create derivative works from the Service or Auras materials except where expressly allowed by law or by written permission from Auras.
No rights are granted to you except those expressly stated in these Terms.
15. Acceptable use
You must use Auras respectfully, lawfully and in line with the purpose of the platform.
You must not:
- use the Service for illegal, fraudulent, harmful, exploitative or misleading purposes;
- harass, threaten, bully, shame, abuse, stalk, intimidate, exploit or target other users;
- post hate speech, discriminatory content or content that attacks people based on protected characteristics;
- promote violence, self-harm, exploitation, sexual abuse, human trafficking or illegal activity;
- impersonate another person, organization, facilitator, venue, business or representative;
- create fake accounts, spam accounts, bot accounts or misleading profiles;
- scrape, crawl, harvest, copy or extract data from the Service without permission;
- interfere with the Service, test vulnerabilities, bypass security, overload systems or introduce malware;
- upload viruses, malicious code, spyware or harmful files;
- send spam, scams, phishing, deceptive promotions or unsolicited mass messages;
- manipulate RSVPs, ratings, attendance indicators, visibility, search, recommendations or platform signals;
- offer events, services or products that are unlawful, unsafe, exploitative, misleading or outside the intended scope of Auras;
- make unsupported medical, psychological, therapeutic, spiritual, financial or legal claims;
- publish private information about others without consent;
- use Auras to pressure, manipulate or exploit vulnerable people;
- violate another person’s intellectual property, privacy, image or confidentiality rights; or
- help anyone else do any of the above.
Auras may restrict, remove or take action against content, accounts, profiles, events, Tribes, messages, links or activity that we believe violates these Terms, creates risk, damages platform integrity, or is inconsistent with the purpose of Auras.
16. Content moderation, automated tools and human review
Auras may use automated tools, filters, safety systems, spam detection, fraud detection, abuse detection and human review to protect the Service, users, organizers and communities.
We may remove, hide, restrict, label, deprioritize, suspend, block or otherwise moderate content, accounts, events, profiles, Tribes or activity where we believe it may violate these Terms, applicable law, platform safety rules, payment rules, third-party rights or the intended purpose of Auras.
We may also take action to comply with legal orders, authority requests, regulatory obligations, payment processor requirements, intellectual property complaints, user reports or safety concerns.
Where required by applicable law, we will provide information about certain moderation decisions and available appeal or complaint options.
Auras is not required to monitor all content proactively, and the presence of content on the Service does not mean that Auras has reviewed, approved or endorsed it.
17. Reporting content, users, events or safety concerns
You can report content, users, profiles, events, Tribes, intellectual property concerns, illegal content, safety concerns, scams or suspected abuse by using the reporting tools available in the Service or by contacting hello@auras.network.
When reporting, please provide enough information for us to understand and assess the issue, including links, screenshots, usernames, event names, dates, context and a clear explanation of the concern.
We may request additional information before taking action. We may not be able to share the full outcome of a report due to privacy, safety, legal or operational reasons.
If your content, account, event, profile or Tribe is restricted or removed, you may contact us at hello@auras.network to ask for review, unless we reasonably believe that review would create a legal, safety, security, abuse or fraud risk.
18. Visibility, public information and social features
Auras is designed around connection, communities, events and meaningful social interaction. Some information is public or visible by design.
Depending on the feature and your settings, other users or visitors may be able to see information such as your name, profile information, profile image, public posts, public events, public tribes, professional profile, venue profile, organizer role, event attendance indicators, RSVPs, comments, content interactions, linked profiles, event line-ups, locations, interests, community membership or whether friends or connections are attending an event.
Certain event and tribe features may create participant spaces, check-in spaces, follow-up spaces, shared feeds or other community areas related to an event or community.
You are responsible for understanding the visibility of the information you share. Do not post or disclose information that you do not want others to see.
We may provide privacy or visibility controls, but not every interaction can be made private. Some information must remain visible for the Service to function properly, for example public event details, public organizer information, public professional profiles, public tribe descriptions, attendance-related event information, safety records, transaction records or legal compliance records.
19. Privacy and data protection
Auras processes personal data in connection with the operation of the Service, including account creation, profiles, content, events, Tribes, communications, moderation, security, payments, analytics, support and legal compliance.
We aim to process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Portuguese data protection law.
These Terms are not a full privacy notice. Auras may provide separate privacy information explaining what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, the legal bases for processing, how long we keep it, who we share it with, and what rights users have.
You must not use Auras to collect, publish, process, export or misuse personal data of other users in breach of applicable law or these Terms.
Organizers, professional users, venues, businesses and Tribe administrators may be independently responsible for how they process personal data obtained through their own events, services, communications, registrations, check-ins, external forms, mailing lists, payment tools or communities.
20. Payments and payment processors
Where Auras makes paid features, subscriptions or ticketing available, payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe or other providers.
Payment providers may apply their own terms, verification requirements, compliance checks, anti-fraud measures, payout rules, restricted activity rules and privacy practices.
Auras is not responsible for delays, failures, restrictions or refusals caused by a payment provider, bank, card issuer, payment method, identity verification requirement, anti-fraud check, sanctions check, regulatory requirement or incorrect information provided by a user or organizer.
Auras may suspend or restrict paid features, payouts, ticketing, subscriptions or organizer access where necessary to comply with law, payment provider rules, fraud prevention, chargeback management, tax requirements, safety concerns or platform integrity.
21. Taxes, VAT and invoicing
Users, organizers, businesses, venues and professional profiles are responsible for complying with tax, VAT, invoicing, accounting and reporting obligations that apply to them.
Organizers are responsible for determining the correct tax treatment of their events, tickets, services, professional offerings and business activities.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Auras does not act as tax adviser, accountant, legal representative, employer, agent or fiscal representative for organizers or users.
Auras may issue invoices or receipts for amounts charged by Auras, such as subscription fees or platform fees. Organizers remain responsible for invoices, receipts and tax documentation relating to their own events or services, unless Auras expressly agrees otherwise in writing or a legal requirement provides otherwise.
22. No employment, agency or partnership
Use of Auras does not create an employment, agency, franchise, partnership, joint venture, representative, fiduciary, medical, therapeutic, counselling or professional-client relationship between Auras and any user, organizer, facilitator, venue, business or professional profile.
Organizers and professional users act independently and are not employees, agents or representatives of Auras.
Auras does not supervise, direct or control how organizers and professional users deliver their events, services or professional activities, except to the limited extent necessary to operate and protect the Service.
23. Availability and technical operation
We aim to keep Auras available, secure and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or permanent availability.
The Service may be unavailable, interrupted or limited due to maintenance, updates, bugs, technical failures, infrastructure issues, cyberattacks, third-party services, payment provider issues, app store issues, legal requirements, force majeure or other reasons.
We may suspend access to the Service, or parts of it, for maintenance, security, legal compliance, abuse prevention or operational reasons.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the devices, software, internet connection and third-party accounts needed to use the Service.
24. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Auras does not guarantee that:
- the Service will meet your expectations;
- any event, organizer, facilitator, venue, Tribe, business, professional profile, user or content will be accurate, safe, legal, suitable, available or high quality;
- any event will happen as described;
- any RSVP, attendance indicator, community signal, profile information or event information is complete or reliable;
- any professional, therapeutic, wellbeing, spiritual, educational, personal growth or community outcome will occur;
- the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free or free from harmful components; or
- content will always be preserved, retrievable or available.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
25. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence where applicable, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Subject to the previous sentence, Auras is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or loss-of-profit damages, including loss of business, revenue, goodwill, reputation, data, opportunity, expected savings, emotional distress, or losses arising from events, organizers, users, venues, professional offerings, third-party services, external links, payment providers or content posted by users.
For users acting as consumers, Auras remains responsible where mandatory consumer law requires responsibility.
For users acting in a professional, business or organizer capacity, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, Auras’ total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount paid by that user to Auras in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or €100 if no amount was paid.
26. Indemnity by organizers and professional users
If you use Auras as an organizer, facilitator, artist, therapist, coach, creator, venue, business, professional profile, Tribe administrator or commercial user, you agree to indemnify and hold Auras harmless from claims, damages, losses, costs, expenses, fines, penalties and reasonable legal fees arising from:
- your events, services, content, professional offerings, venues, activities or communities;
- your breach of these Terms;
- your breach of applicable law;
- your tax, VAT, invoicing or regulatory obligations;
- your cancellation, refund, safety, permit, insurance or consumer communication obligations;
- your infringement of third-party rights;
- your misleading, unlawful or unsafe claims; or
- any dispute between you and a participant, user, customer, venue, supplier, contractor, authority or other third party.
This indemnity applies to the maximum extent permitted by law.
27. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Auras at any time. You may request account deletion through the available account tools or by contacting us.
We may suspend, restrict or terminate your account, content, profile, Tribe, event, paid feature access, ticketing access or other use of the Service if we reasonably believe that:
- you breached these Terms;
- you created legal, safety, fraud, abuse, spam, payment, reputational or operational risk;
- your activity is unlawful, misleading, harmful or inconsistent with the purpose of Auras;
- we are required or advised to do so by law, court order, authority request, payment provider, app store, hosting provider or other relevant third party;
- your account has been inactive for a long period; or
- continued access could harm users, communities, organizers, Auras or the Service.
Where appropriate and legally required, we may provide notice or an explanation. In urgent, serious, repeated, fraudulent, illegal, abusive or safety-sensitive cases, we may act without prior notice.
After termination, provisions that by their nature should continue will remain in effect, including intellectual property, content licences already granted, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, dispute resolution and governing law.
28. Complaints, consumer rights and dispute resolution
If you have a complaint about Auras, please contact us first at hello@auras.network so we can try to resolve it directly.
If you are a consumer in Portugal, you may have the right to use the Portuguese Electronic Complaints Book and competent consumer alternative dispute resolution entities where applicable.
For consumer alternative dispute resolution in Portugal, you may consult the information made available by the Direção-Geral do Consumidor and the official consumer arbitration network.
The European Online Dispute Resolution platform is no longer available. Users should use currently available consumer redress mechanisms instead.
Nothing in these Terms prevents you from using mandatory legal remedies available under consumer protection law.
29. Digital Services Act point of contact
For matters related to illegal content, platform restrictions, moderation decisions, user reports or communications under applicable EU digital services rules, you may contact Auras at hello@auras.network.
Communications may be made in English or Portuguese.
We may provide additional reporting, appeal or complaint mechanisms inside the Service as the platform develops.
30. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Service, law, business model, paid features, ticketing features, moderation practices, safety requirements or operational needs.
If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice where required, for example through the Service, email or website notice.
The updated Terms will apply from the effective date stated in the updated version. If you continue using the Service after the updated Terms take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and, where applicable, cancel your account or subscription.
31. Governing law and courts
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal.
Where legally permitted, the courts of Porto, Portugal, will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service.
If you are a consumer resident in the EU/EEA, this does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections or mandatory jurisdiction rights that apply under the laws of your country of residence.
32. General provisions
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not mean that we waive our right to enforce it later.
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may transfer our rights or obligations as part of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets, corporate reorganization or legal succession, provided that your mandatory rights remain protected.
These Terms form the agreement between you and Auras regarding use of the Service, except where additional written terms apply to specific features, subscriptions, ticketing, payment processing, professional arrangements or partnerships.
